Refund Policy

All Jewelry Sales are final. If any items are missing or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 3 business days.

Returns are only accepted on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. There are times when small pieces of the jewelry may be loose (i.e. jump rings, loose stone) and only need a minor adjustment or a dot of glue (we recommend E6000). These are NOT manufacturer defects and are INELIGIBLE for return.  If a manufacturer defect is determined after a picture is sent and reviewed a refund will be issued in the form of a credit towards a future purchase.  


Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return. If more than 3 business days have passed since your order was confirmed as delivered, your item is no longer eligible for a return or credit.
